Line Cook/Prep Cook

The dishwasher position is not a customer facing position, however the role of dishwasher is is critical to the kitchen. The position requires you to wash dishes by hand (manual dish washing). Our dinnerware is delicate, and will need to be handled with care. The dishwasher is expected to stay busy, even in down time. This means polishing silverware, checking the cleanliness of the bathroom, mopping, food prepping, etc. If you prefer standing around during down time, this may not be the job for you.
Required: You will be required to obtain an Illinois Food Handling Card within 30 days of hire. This class can be taken online and will be your own expense (approx. $7).
Hours: This is a part-time position with schedule flexibility.

Wage: $14/hr.
