As a Personal Shopper, you will assist customers in finding and purchasing products that meet their needs and preferences. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs
- Offer personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences and requirements
- Assist customers in locating products within the store
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Perform product demos and provide information about product features and benefits
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, to interact effectively with customers
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and perform retail math calculations
- Proficiency in using technology for product searches, inventory management, and sales tracking
- Ability to sell products effectively and meet sales targets
- Cash handling experience is a plus
- Technical sales experience is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
