Duties:

-obtain insurance breakdowns
- Review and analyze records to ensure accurate claim submission
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation and ensure proper claim submission
- Generate statements for patient account balances
- Provide training and education to staff on obtaining verification and insurance breakdown

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with healthcare providers and staff
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
