Martin Wine Cellar in Baton Rouge, LA is looking for Deli Clerks to join our team. Our ideal Deli Clerk is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.

Deli Clerk Responsibilities:

• Assist managers in maintaining the front counter operations and assisting customers in an effort to achieve 100% customer satisfaction
• Assist customers and front counter employees in all aspects from ringing up sales, handling cash, filling and retrieving orders, answering phones, etc.
• Greet customers entering and leaving the business
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area

Deli Clerk Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proven work experience as a cashier or in customer service
• Basic mathematical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
