Job Summary:
Suncrest Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers in our Small Group Home. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to seniors in a small group home. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

5 residents in a small group home! Part Time Hours!

Day shift hours: 7a-3 every Sunday and one day during the week

Day shift hours: 9a-3p every Suday and one day during the week

Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide medication management by administering medications per physician orders
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, vacuuming, and dishwashing
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Follow care plans and adhere to all resident rights

Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with dementia care is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Empathy and compassion for seniors
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
