Ja'Duke Center for the Performing Arts is looking for instructors who are proficient at working with students ages 2-18 in varying styles of dance including: jazz, ballet, lyrical, contemporary, tap, hip-hop, broadway jazz, musical theater and more. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have at least 2 years of teaching experience. Ja'Duke Instructors are responsible for choreographing and teaching 3 routines per year per class. These routines are performed as a collaborative effort with the entire studio in three shows throughout the semester. Instructors should be responsible, enthusiastic, positive, hard working, dynamic, and creative. Ja'Duke holds all performances on site in their new 500 seat theater attached to their facility. Musical theater background is a plus, however, not required.
