Our organization is seeking a strong Customer Service Support representative to join our client's team. In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities involve answering phones, taking customers orders and managing IBM AS400, Shopify/Elastic software.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Customer Service Rep to make sure all orders ship when they are scheduled.
- Provide support to customers, and consumers via phone and email.
- Respond to all customer service-related issues. These issues can include product information, web support, warranty, and order status.
- Process online store orders.
- Process online order returns.
- Answer telephone, direct or respond to callers.
- Other duties as assigned or needed
Requirements:
- Very Strong Computer Skills.
- Minimum of 3 -5 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Extensive use of computer programs – AS400, Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with team members and all outside contacts.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
