Job Description

Our organization is seeking a strong Customer Service Support representative to join our client's team. In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities involve answering phones, taking customers orders and managing IBM AS400, Shopify/Elastic software.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Customer Service Rep to make sure all orders ship when they are scheduled.
  • Provide support to customers, and consumers via phone and email.
  • Respond to all customer service-related issues. These issues can include product information, web support, warranty, and order status.
  • Process online store orders.
  • Process online order returns.
  • Answer telephone, direct or respond to callers.
  • Other duties as assigned or needed

Requirements:

  • Very Strong Computer Skills.
  • Minimum of 3 -5 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Extensive use of computer programs – AS400, Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with team members and all outside contacts.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
