Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous communication with customers
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving our products or services

Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages such as Spanish are a plus)
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Sales experience with the ability to upsell products or services is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
