Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a CSR you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues

- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional assistance

- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services

- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry software

- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professionalism in all customer interactions

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

- Previous experience in customer service , front desk or sales is a plus

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Proficient in data entry and computer skills

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
