Customer Service Representative

United Septic and Drain is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Representative!

What to expect day by day:

United Septic & Drain Services, Inc. is looking to fill a part-time position in our office. This position involves answering and scheduling appointments with customers on a 5-line phone system. You will need to be able to communicate with both drivers and customers daily. Being in this role involves doing data entry, processing mail, light Accounts Receivable and Payable as well as other office tasks as assigned.

Hours are flexible between office hours, Monday-Friday, 8am to 4pm

Requirements:

• Strong Computer Skills
• Detail-Oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, and Google Docs

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

Day shift

Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, and Google Docs
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the company
• Ability to speak and communicate well with customers
• Demonstrate a strong attention to detail
