Judd & Black Appliance is an 80-year-old, locally owned and family operated independent appliance and barbecue retailer with six locations in Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom Counties.
Summary of Position:
Entry level Receptionist/Office Assistants are responsible for incoming and outgoing phone calls, entering sales orders to POS, processing Third Party financing, and assisting customers and sales staff. Candidates must possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
Wages/Schedule:
· $16.50 - $17.50 per hour (Starting wage is $16.50)
· Part Time – 12 - 24hrs per week
· Weekends Required
· Pay increase based upon performance and rate of proficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Have a professional and courteous attitude.
· Punctual and dependable.
· Have ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
· Capable of using multi-line phones.
· Capable of using standard Windows based computers/programs.
· Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Be able to effectively handle customer problems and conflicts.
· Be able to read, write and speak English.
· Be able to type efficiently and accurately.
· Be able to lift up to 30lbs.
