We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher that is available every Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. The hours will be Saturday and Sundays, 12 PM - 8 PM, and Mondays, 1 PM - 9 PM.

This friendly professional will answer customer and technician calls, schedule customer service appointments, dispatch technicians to their appointments, and enter data into a computer system. Responding in a timely fashion to customer queries, this individual will take care of our customers’ needs by taking incoming calls and making outbound calls regarding appointment scheduling for maintenance agreements.

• Demonstrated listening and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed set goals.
• Experience gathering customer information and keying it into a computer.
• Basic computer and software skills.

Preferred Credentials:

• Service-industry experience
• Call-center or customer service experience
• Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends
