Job Summary

Based out of our Effingham, IL office, the mission of the Customer Service Coordinator is to provide exceptional customer service to support our high level of customer satisfaction. Primary responsibilities include managing incoming calls/service calls through use of a multiline switchboard.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage large volume of incoming calls.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve high levels of
  • Field customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions/alternatives efficiently.
  • Enter service tickets to ensure customers are receiving prompt service.
  • Support Security Surveillance monitoring utilizing closed-circuit system.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education

High school diploma/GED.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Exceptional organizational, problem solving, and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of a multi-line switchboard.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, managers, and across departments.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


Work Environment

This job generally operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The noise level in the work environment is low.


Physical Demands

The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential job functions of this job.


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit; stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; and reach with hands or arms.


Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to focus.


Travel

No travel is expected for this position.


Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Must be able to pass Illinois Gaming Board and Illinois Department of Professional Regulations requirements which includes fingerprinting.
