Under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager, handles customer freight inquiries by answering inbound calls for pickups.

Responsibilities

• Answers inbound calls for pickups
• Accurately enters all necessary data for pickups and sends to terminals
• Routes non-pickup calls to appropriate parties
• Performs other duties as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Typing 50 wpm with 10 key accuracy
• Demonstrated proficiency in Internet and email
• Experience in customer service
• Effective oral and written communication skills
