CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
1. Basic Function
a) Customer Service Agent(s) report to Manager of Customer Service.
a) Performs a variety of duties involving customer contact and delivering high standards of service.
2. Duties/Responsibilities
a) Must be able to communicate well in a one-on-one environment while maximizing customer
satisfaction.
b) Required lifting of baggage up to 70 pounds, standing for long periods of time and stooping.
c) Must be able to read and interpret all reference materials.
d) Assist customers with quoting of fares and schedules, making reservations, issuing tickets, tagging
baggage and flight check-in.
e) Resolve complicated travel inconveniences and reconcile cash sales.
f) Communicate via radio, fax, and phone in a professional manner. Must be well organized and articulate.
g) Must have the ability to work well with others.
h) Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
i) Application of all safety precautions and handling of passengers near aircraft.
j) A through and specific knowledge of the SOM contents as well as a through and detailed knowledge of the Emergency Procedures.
k) Received training in the Company’s Haz-Mat
l) A through and specific knowledge of the Air Carriers Standard Security Program (ACSSP) as it relates to security issues while performing company duties.
m) World Atlantic Airlines (2WAA) is compliant with Safety Management System (SMS) regulations. All employees of the World Atlantic Airlines and contractors are responsible for safety in this organization.

3. Qualifications
a) Must display a positive attitude at all times. Maintain a high level of quality and work standard and must demonstrate good attendance.

Pay: $21.00 per hour
