PT Custodian

Salary: $17/hr

Days: 2 full days per week with flexible hours. We are seeking an individual that can work Tuesdays and either Thursdays or Fridays depending on office needs . Our office handles sensitive information so until we get to know you, the hours will be during regular 8-5 work hours only. Once we feel confident in our relationship, we will likely have you arrive earlier in the morning to complete as many of the disruptive duties as you can before the rest of the office has to begin working at 8am.

Duties:

· Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, washing, wiping, tidying, stocking

Requirements:

· Fit and able to lift and carry up to 50lb

· Run and maintain equipment

· Attentive & detailed

· Pass federal background check

· Complete a cleaning checklist daily and do additional cleaning when you notice something is needed
