Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Hours 9-2 Monday thru Friday
Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize excellent phone etiquette skills to handle customer calls professionally
- Work with clients to make changes to existing policies and discuss questions they may have.
- Take key information that can be passed along in providing quotes to new clients.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Proficient in data entry to input customer information accurately
- Knowledge of phone etiquette practices for professional customer interactions
- Some experience in the insurance industry would be a plus.
- Familarity with working on the computer and learning new software.
