Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Responsibilities:

- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately

- Provide friendly and efficient customer service

- Assist with food preparation and ensure quality standards are met

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow

- Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions

- Experience with POS systems, preferably Aloha POS

- Knowledge of culinary techniques is a plus

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent time management skills
