Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children is Hawai'i’s only maternity, newborn and pediatric specialty hospital. It is well recognized as Hawai'i’s leader in the care of women, infants and children. With 253 beds, the not-for-profit hospital delivers 6,000 babies a year, and is also a medical teaching and research facility. Specialty services for patients throughout Hawai'i and the Pacific Region include intensive care for infants and children, 24-hour emergency pediatric and adult care, critical care air transport and high-risk perinatal care. The Kapi’olani Hemophilia & Thrombosis Treatment Center is dedicated to serving patients living with hemophilia and coagulation disorders by providing comprehensive care that focuses on the person and the family as a whole. The Center believes that through community outreach and education, we strengthen our ability to ensure ongoing coordinated care for the patients.
As the Coordinator, you will coordinate multidisciplinary resources to provide comprehensive care to patients requiring services of the Hemophilia Thrombosis and Treatment Center Program. In this role, you will develop, implement, and evaluate all aspects of program services in collaboration with members of the multidisciplinary team to promote and render the highest quality of care for patients. You will serve as a liaison between the Hemophilia Thrombosis and Treatment Center Program and the community, and other external agencies.

Minimum Qualifications: Current Hawaii RN License. Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Three (3) years nursing experience in hematology, oncology or related field.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration or related field. Current national certification in area of specialty. Charge nurse or supervisory experience. Community Home Healthcare and/or Case Management experience.
