Contracts Assistant


About this position:

This part-time administrative position will work closely with and provide support to the Director of Contracts while interacting with internal and external guests. This position will assist in various aspects of contracts administration and support the company with various administrative duties.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the contracts department.
  • Draft, process, and track rights reversion requests.
  • Request digital signatures on contracts.
  • File contracts and associated documentation both digitally and physically.
  • Sort daily mail for company.
  • Welcome visitors to the building as needed.
  • Other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of work experience preferred.
  • Detail oriented
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent skills in MS Word, MS Excel
  • Knowledge of Adobesign or ability to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated


Hours:

24 hours per week, 4 days/week (Mon-Thurs, 8-2:30) preferred.
