Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies that align with our marketing goals.
• Create engaging content for various platforms including our website, social media, and print materials.
• Collaborate with the sales team to highlight property features and create captivating property listings.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of materials.
• Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Preferably some experience in content creation, specifically in the real estate sector.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing.
• Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable creating video content in Adobe Suite and/or other organic video platforms.
