This Position is responsible for serving the meals from the approved menu, provided by the Cooking Site. To maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the Center. To coordinate and supervise all activities and duties required by the Congregate Meals Program.

Specific Duties:

Supervise the high standard of hygiene and safety of all areas and equipment at all times. Assure that temperature logs for refrigerators and freezers are maintained. Assure that the Center adheres to the Food and Nutrition Guidelines at local, state and federal health guidelines during the serving of all food. Supervise the Volunteers to assure that all job duties are performed to the high standard of the Center. Assure that the Center adheres to the Food and Nutrition Guidelines at local, state, and federal health guidelines while food is in the kitchen, being served, and during clean up. Getting a supply order the coordinator at your cooking site in a timely manner. Enter all data into the SAMS computer system, submit timesheets and all reports in an accurate and timely manner. Communicate and develop relationships with new and perspective participants to ensure a pleasant experience at the Center. Coordinates fund raising events. Other duties as assigned·
