Lifestyle Communities’ (LC) Asset Management team lives at the heart of the company’s purpose to bring people together to connect.

In this role, you'll be responsible for access permission verification, controlling capacity of pool area, and for providing a great experience to all customers in a fun, professional manner.

Make an impact through these primary responsibilities:

• Welcomes each guest personally and verifies the guest is a resident and checks resident’s permission based on their LC Access or BRIVO access card and does not have more than one guest.
• Checks coolers, bags, and other items residents bring to the pool area to abide by liquor law guidelines and monitors the music volume at the pool area.
• Assist with arranging furniture in the pool area in preparation for guests and throughout the shift to ensure that the area remains clean, tidy, and free of safety risks.

Leverage the following experience in pursuit of our collective goals:

• High School degree or equivalent requires.
• Knowledge or the ability to acquire knowledge of responsible alcohol service and applicable liquor laws, workplace health, and safety policies and procedures.
• Strong customer service skills and excellent communication and organization skills necessary.
• Ability to work a schedule of 40 hours per week for a 3-4 month duration.
