Commercial Indoor Floor Power Washing - Hygiene Technician - Great opportunity to build a long-term career while working for Enviro-Master Services, Inc., a privately owned franchise performing a disease prevention and odor control service in area commercial restrooms, kitchens, etc.. Our area of operation is North Atlanta east of HWY 400 in areas such as Buford, Norcross, Lawrenceville, Snellville, Duluth, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Suwanee, Cumming, etc. You will handle 3 to 6 floor cleaning jobs per day starting as early as 6 a.m. Usual start time is around 8 a.m. Thorough field training provided. This position is available to be filled immediately. We are looking for an employee that can perform our unique restroom Indoor Pressure Wash Process. The open position will involve approximately 20 to 27 hours per week. Work hours will mostly fall between 8am and 3pm (weekdays). Addional hours can be added to the position if desired.

Primary responsibilities:

• Use your own vehicle to drive to your customer service jobs each day
• Apply proper techniques for performing our Restroom Sani Scrub (Indoor Pressure Washing) Service process in commercial restrooms, kitchens, etc.
• Become knowledgeable about the materials and tools we use to perform our service.
• Interact with customers, developing rapport, and establishing solid business relationships.
• Communicate job status, etc. to business owner daily via phone, text, email.
• Follow schedule and manage time.
• Close out completed jobs in job related website via your phone.

Qualifications:

• Customer service oriented. Friendly personality crucial to this position
• Detail oriented, strong work ethic, energetic and upbeat personality
• Dependability is a must. You will be managing your customer jobs daily. Customers must be serviced on the proper day at the proper time
• Properly inspected, insured and reliable transportation, (van, truck or SUV). Vehicle must be able to transport job equipment
• Ability to lift pressure wash equipment into your vehicle… Approx. 70 lb. machine
• Cell phone with ability to connect to a work related website
• Fluent English.
• Professional appearance.
• Past employer references should be available upon request.

Compensation: Minimum hourly rate $25 to $27 per hour minimum, $20 per day untaxed fuel pay, Opportunity to identify other services that can help a customer and earn commisison pay on top of hourly and fuel.
