1. Work with other Sports Performance Coaches to build programs suitable for their individual teams and sports.
2. Assist in managing assigned Strength Training facility: Monitor & maintain safety and cleanliness.
3. Supervise and assist teams during workouts to ensure the safety and progression of each athlete.
4. Supervise and assist in open gym workouts ensuring the safety and progression of each athlete.
5. Assist with data collection, entry, and analysis.
6. Works effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU’s mission.
