We are a thriving clinic within an international network of health restoration clinics, and we are on the lookout for a passionate Clinic Shipping Specialist to join our team! This part-time position offers a dynamic work environment with a flexible schedule. 20-25 hours a week, primarily on weekdays between 8am and 6pm, with occasional weekend and evening shifts.

Responsibilities:

Packing Patient Orders: Preparing orders to be sent out in a timely manner, verifying accuracy of each order, and answering minor questions about orders from patients.

Creating Shipments: Calculating the cost of freight, printing shipping labels, and processing final invoices.

Stocking Supplements: Assisting with ordering supplements and stocking them on the shelves while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Self-Motivated: Has the ability to work independently while staying driven to complete each task.
• Reliable and Adaptable: Dependable, flexible, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Problem-Solver: We’re looking for someone who is able to tackle any issues that may arise with tact and efficiency.
• Physicality: Must be able to regularly lift 35 pounds and stand for long durations of time.
