Aquaman Pools-East is hiring a Part-Time Client Success Specialist to join its Gilbert, Arizona office!

We are seeking a friendly professional to join our team to answer and attend to customer service calls. This position requires someone who is able to "smile over the phone" and has experience and willingness in dealing with various types of customer calls. General administrative duties may also be included in this role as needed.

  • Physically, the position requires walking, standing, and sitting for long periods of time in an office environment

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and timely customer service
  • Performs front desk, including triage of calls and switchboard
  • Sells services to customers, with support of Service and Repair teams
  • Creates invoices and takes payments using company software
  • Maintains accurate customer files
  • Track lead sources of all customers
  • Assist operational roles with customer contact and follow up
  • Update expired autopay information in appropriate systems
  • Answers billing questions assists with collection calls/emails
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education, Licensure and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent experience
  • At least 1-year experience in an office environment
  • Previous experience in a service industry, a plus
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
  • Familiarity with pool service language and equipment, a plus
  • Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test

This is a fast-paced position. We’re looking for a team member who can multi-task, is a problem solver, and doesn’t shy away from conflict resolution. Good attendance and punctuality are a must.

**This position is In-office in Gilbert, AZ, Tuesday-Saturday 9-3pm**

Compensation – This hourly position is paid weekly. You will be provided paid on-the-job training and all the tools to be successful. Starting pay will depend on experience. $17 hourly
