What You’ll Do:

  • As a Client Experience Manager, your role will be to foster exceptional client relationships and ensure that our service delivery aligns perfectly with client needs
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all client inquiries and requests, ensuring a prompt and satisfying response.
  • Handle essential insurance tasks like issuing auto ID cards, processing endorsements, and providing certificates of insurance.
  • Aid in the preparation and management of new and renewal insurance applications.
  • Assess and address client coverage needs at renewal or during significant changes, providing strategic advice.
  • Maintain impeccable data integrity in our agency management system by adhering to established workflows.

What You Need to Get the Job Done:

  • A humble, coachable attitude coupled with high interpersonal skills, resilience, and grit.
  • A natural inclination towards continuous improvement and problem-solving.
  • Ability to engage and build relationships effortlessly, whether in a coffee shop line or a crowded room.
  • Confident communication skills to effectively interact with clients at all levels, from the janitor to the executive.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented demeanor.
  • Motivation to obtain, if not already possessed, a Property & Casualty license.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • While some college credit is advantageous, it’s not required.
  • 1 year or more in a client-facing role, with a track record of managing client relationships and expectations.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills.
