I-CAN Kids is the not-for-profit child recreation program at Arrow Ford. I-CAN Kids offers a no-cost childcare option for Arrow employees for school-aged children. The I-CAN Kids program was created in response to the difficulty of finding safe and reliable childcare for dealership staff who work later in the evenings or on Saturdays. I-CAN Kids teachers create a safe and engaging environment for our staff's children to enjoy afterschool, on Saturdays, and on school holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a daily census of 5-20 school aged children
• Follow and contribute to the inclusive, faith-based curriculum outlined by the I-CAN Kids Director
• Maintain a safe environment for teachers and students alike
• Foster positive relationships between I-CAN Kids students, staff, parents, and all Arrow Ford leadership
• Follow all state, local, and organizational policies and regulations

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
• CPR training strongly preferred – resources available to get certified once hired
• Availability to work evenings and Saturdays
• Ability to pass all pre-employment testing including background check and drug screening
