Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Administrative Assistant

Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the ATSPA Chief Executive Officer, the CEO Administrative Assistant is a part-time, professional position (30 hours per week). This position provides administrative and logistical support to the ATSPA in order to achieve the organization’s mission of preventing traumatic injury.
Position Responsibilities:
· Coordinates the logistics of administrative meetings (Board of Directors, Board Committees, legislative)
· Attends administrative meetings, as requested, and details meeting discussions; prepares and disperses all administrative meeting minutes
· Maintains all office-related vendor contracts (snow removal, landscaping, IT, security, etc.)
· Monitors organization’s general email account
· Packs and ships ATSPA-related materials and resources; receives and organizes office deliveries
· Coordinates incoming/outgoing office mail
Qualifications:
· Degree from a four-year accredited degree program preferred
· Minimum of three years’ administrative assistant experience
· Strong written, organizational, and verbal communication skills, with excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project focus
· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with diverse groups of people
· Integrity, professionalism, passion, idealism, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Adobe; Outlook; Wufoo; Survey Monkey; Doodle
· Must be able to lift 50lbs, as needed

Job Site: All work to be conducted, on-site, in Mechanicsburg, PA, Monday – Friday. Hours of operation are 8am-4pm, inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break. Position requires consistent weekly schedule (30 hours), to be determined, in partnership, with the CEO.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: $27,000 - $31,000 annually ($17.32-$19.87/hour), as determined by the most recent salary market analyses. Annual salary commensurate with education and experience.
Benefits: At this time, no benefits are included with this position.
