Job Overview:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchases. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product information and answer any questions customers may have
- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Use RF scanner to track inventory levels and locate products
- Operate forklift and pallet jack to move merchandise as needed
- Upsell products and promote special offers to increase sales
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Knowledge of operating a cash register is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
