Job Type: Part- time
Pay Rate: $13/hr.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Whether you’re preparing, serving, or selling food for restaurants, outdoor carts, or catered outings, you’ll enjoy amazing perks, and have fun both inside and outside the kitchen. The Catering department is responsible for all events coordinated by our Marketing Sales Team and includes special events for various holidays and/or openings of new themed areas or rides within the park. We are looking for a team that will provide a professional, welcoming, and engaging experience for our Guests and fellow Team Members.

HOW YOU WILL DO IT:

  • Cooking and/or serving food in accordance to Six Flags standards
  • Obtain TABC Certification - We’ll provide the training!
  • Cleaning outdoor and indoor seating areas
  • Provide excellent guest interaction
  • Removing garbage and transporting it to disposal area
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and frequently changing environment
  • Assisting in other areas of the Food and Beverage Operations Department
  • Performing other incidental and related duties as required


WHAT YOU NEED:


  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Able to communicate effectively, including reading, writing and speaking
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
  • Positive “Guest First” impressions
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift
  • Able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 15 pounds.
  • Ability to work outdoors for extended period of time
  • Cash handling departments may be required to pass a math test
  • Be available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays


OTHER NOTES:


  • All other duties necessary to support the park as a whole.
  • Reports to Food and Beverage Operations Team Lead
