Job Responsibilities
- Bride hand holding: before and during event.
- Establish and maintain current client relationships. Brand Ambassador!
- Thank you cards following event. (For the host of each event)
- Hand off event specific info to GM or owner:
- Manager log (employee issues, any situations with guests or HF staff that Tamie needs to know about, extra special praise for certain employees).
- Additional uniform items given out
- Record any rental issues
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- Train and tour new employees.
- On site wrap up:
- Direct steward on what goes back to the kitchen
- Make sure that flowers provided by LCM get properly distributed.
- Follow up on special rentals to ensure proper pick up
- Set up for and manage all Chef Tastings. Share notes with Tamie.
- Make sure all wines and beverages are there.
- Know descriptions of wines
- Par List Follow UP
- Track and return items left at the event.
- Manage service inventory items.
- Compile all items needed for job box
- Compile all additional party logistic items
- Frames created for each event, each station
- Make sure candles are sent to the parties (check Aux BEOs)
- Order Flowers (check Aux BEOs order/ask GM or owner)
- Order Cutting Cake (check wedding BEO)
- Order Bagels for brunch or nosh (check wedding and Brunch BEOs)
- Bring uniforms for new staff / collect uniforms left at site
- Manage apron inventory
- Manage uniform inventory
- Create wrap up packet for owner
- Record final rental count
- Record sales tax in Excel
- Keep office and tasting room tidy.
- Water plants.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
