Description
**Job Overview:**
As a Cashier at Cotton Patch Landing Marina, you will be an essential part of our team, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth transactions for our customers. This position pays $8 per hour plus tips. Tips have historically been high given the volume of customers in summer months.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Scoop and serve ice cream to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist customers with any inquiries or requests
- Follow all company policies and procedures
**Requirements:**
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
**Dates & Hours:**
- Preferably at least May 1 - September 3. We are flexible to work around school schedules.
- Hours will be scheduled on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. You do not need to work every day but you must be available at least two of those days every week.
- If interested, positions carry the possibility of a longer term arrangement in a full-time year-round role to grow with our company.
