Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and possess excellent communication skills. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional service to our customers. Duties: - Greet customers as they enter the store - Scan items, provide pricing information, and process payments - Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers - Maintain clean and organized checkout areas - Answer customer inquiries and assist with locating merchandise - Promote special sales and offers to customers - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction Experience: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred - Knowledge of retail math and experience with point-of-sale systems - Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Proficiency in Spanish is a plus - Experience in jewelry sales, wireless sales, technical sales, or technology sales is advantageous Join our team as a Cashier and be part of a dynamic retail environment where your customer service skills will shine!
