Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Duties: - Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to accurately process customer transactions - Provide prompt and friendly customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns - Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Stock shelves and merchandise as needed - Promote sales by highlighting special offers and promotions - Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment accurately - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations Qualifications: - Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is preferred but not required - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus - Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing - Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly checkout area - Basic knowledge of electronics sales is desirable Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Opportunities for career advancement within the company - Flexible scheduling options available If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply for this position. Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
