The ideal candidate is friendly, articulate and motivated, and has the ability to make people feel welcomed and valued. The most important factor is to be able to communicate with the general public in a professional manner, thus ensuring that all customers feel that they can approach our staff for assistance. The individual will be responsible for handling all customer service issues in a timely manner, such as purchasing merchandise and answering questions about company policies.
