We're searching for a self-motivated individual to join our team at notMYkid's campus and outpatient treatment center. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and ensuring the safety of our clients. Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests, clients, staff, partners, and vendors with a positive attitude.
- Assist with client check-ins and ensure they are directed to the correct room or program.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and relay client feedback to management.
- Manage general email and calendar tasks.
- Answer calls, check voicemail, and provide appropriate direction.
- Handle billing tasks, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Regularly review the database for accuracy and resolve any issues.
- Distribute daily mail to staff members.
- Assist with monitoring guests and ensuring facility compliance.
- Participate in facility maintenance and assist with distributing snacks and beverages.
- Collaborate in weekly meetings with management and the behavioral health team.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality.
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday: 12:00PM – 7:15PM
Friday: 9:00AM – 5:00PM
