The Colosseum Restaurant is excited to welcome you to our "famiglia"! Since 1987, the Colosseum has created authentic, fresh southern Italian cuisine. This position will assist staff in clearing all tables and set for next guests in a accelerated manner, welcome them when they arrive with bread and water, shine glasses and roll silverware, and overall ensure cleanliness in the establishment.

• Friendly and attentive service
• Cleaning off tables after guests have left
• Setting tables in a professional and elegant manner as requested
• Clearing all dirty dishes after dining and between courses
• Filling water for guests throughout their dining experience
• Bringing bread to new tables
• Helping wait staff deliver food where necessary
• Rolling silverwear and shining water glasses
• Putting glasses back after they are cleaned from dishwasher
• Sweeping and mopping areas as requested by management
• Working closely with other wait staff and kitchen staff in carrying plates when requested
• Opening and closing restaurant as needed
• Helping with private parties and events
• Other duties as assigned by Chef and Front of House Manager

Preferred experience, but can train on these qualities:

• Serving food or working in food-related jobs
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service and friendly demeanor
