Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Busser to join our team in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in our restaurant environment. Responsibilities: - Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand. - Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition. - Assist with food preparation tasks as needed. - Clear tables and reset them for the next guests. - Help with bussing tables during peak dining hours. - Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized. Experience: - Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred. - Familiarity with bussing tables and assisting in a kitchen environment is a plus. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting. - Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures. - Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
