Job Description

A truly effective Business Support Staff should be self-regulating, possess both reliability and consistency, be able to learn and problem solve well, and have strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with various advisors
  • Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person with prospects and clients
  • Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including but not limited to mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Manage and scheduling calendar for Advisors
  • Answer calls from potential clients regarding inquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents including but not limited to applications, reports, spreadsheets and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Review applications for completeness. Obtain additional information if necessary.
  • Attend and assist with client events and workshops.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
