A truly effective Business Support Staff should be self-regulating, possess both reliability and consistency, be able to learn and problem solve well, and have strong organizational skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with various advisors
- Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person with prospects and clients
- Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including but not limited to mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Manage and scheduling calendar for Advisors
- Answer calls from potential clients regarding inquiries
- Prepare and modify documents including but not limited to applications, reports, spreadsheets and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Review applications for completeness. Obtain additional information if necessary.
- Attend and assist with client events and workshops.
