Crew Member Job Description

Duties:
- Perform various tasks to support the smooth operation of the establishment
- Assist with sanitizing and cleaning work areas, including tables, chairs, and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing customer inquiries
- Prepare food items such as sandwiches, salads, and desserts according to established recipes and guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Assist with bussing tables and ensuring dining areas are clean and presentable

Qualifications:
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and make change accurately
- Knowledge of retail math concepts is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to food safety guidelines
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required
