Dyco is seeking a motivated, hands-on individual to help with building maintenance and upkeep for our Bloomsburg facility. This position is part-time, and able to offer a flexible schedule to accommodate a healthy work life balance. The responsibilities cover a wide range of disciplines, a basic mechanical aptitude, or carpentry background is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

· Maintenance of the following systems and areas:

o HVAC and HEPA filtration systems

o Water heaters

o Plumbing

o Fire suppression systems

o First aid supplies and equipment

o Air compressors and dryers

o Forklifts

o Floor machines and vacuums

o Aerial lifts

o Emergency lighting

o Office equipment and furniture

o Gutters and roofing

· Painting, drywall repair ceiling tile replacement

· Light renovation projects

· Carpet cleaning and floor polishing

· Weeding and maintenance of landscape plantings

· Snow removal

· Trash and scrap metal removal via forklift

· Small projects as assigned

Requirements:

· Stand 4-5 hours a day

· Lift at least 50 pounds

· Ability to operate forklift is preferred

· Ability to problem solve

· Detail oriented

· Knowledge of basic hand tools

Experience:

· Working knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and landscaping preferred
