The Security Team is a vital role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our patrons. The primary duties of this position include checking ID's to ensure legal drinking age, monitoring patron behavior to maintain a safe environment, and assisting with general cleaning of the venue. The ideal candidate for this role will have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards maintaining a clean and secure environment. They must also have excellent communication and observation skills to be able to respond quickly and effectively to any potential security issues. Additionally, the candidate should be physically fit and have the ability to handle potentially intense situations in a calm and professional manner. A strong sense of responsibility and dedication to keeping the patron area clean and safe is crucial. Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred, but not required, and the candidate should also be comfortable with performing general cleaning duties as needed. This role requires someone who is dependable, organized, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
- Check ID's of patrons to ensure legal age for entry
- Ensure patron safety by monitoring behavior and addressing any disturbances
- Assist in keeping the patron area clean and free from hazards
- Engage in general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Alert management of any safety concerns or incidents
- Follow established security protocols and guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members and patrons
- Enforce venue policies and rules to maintain a safe environment
- Stay alert and attentive during shifts to identify and address potential security threats
- Provide excellent customer service to patrons
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay up to date on security policies and procedures

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.44 - $22.21 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
