Tour Bus Company Seeking an experienced Body Shop Technician. Royal Coach Tours is a family owned and operated company in Las Vegas, NV. We operate a fleet of Deluxe Motorcoaches and Mini-coaches.

Responsibilities:

• Complete dis-assembly of vehicle in order to assist in assessing damage to prepare a 100% Repair Plan.
• Ensure all needed repairs identified to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time.
• Mend damaged body by hammering out or filling in dents and welding broken parts; ensure all gaps and fits are to industry standards.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools (e.g. welder, soldering equipment, cutting torch, blocks, hammers, wrenches, sander, spray guns, etc.).
• Repair or replace defective parts.
• Assessing and analyzing damaged areas and preparing them for painting, including removing rust and grease, and masking parts that are not to be painted or coated.
• Preparing the color tint to match or blend paint color.
• Painting vehicles with a high level of efficiency and quality, using a sprayer or brush as appropriate.
• Inspecting quality of craftsmanship, noting any runs, sags or unpainted areas.
• Mixing all paint and chemicals according to manufacturer directions/specifications.
• Ensure all needed repairs identified to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time.
• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to check for compliance with safety and quality standards; Wash and prepare vehicles for return to service.
• Perform other related duties as assigned relating to, but not limited to washing vehicles, cleaning the shop, etc.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of tools.
• Knowledge of best practices for paint and body repairs.
• Basic computer skills.
• Be at least 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to work efficiently in all-weather climates and at night.
