Job Summary:
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, with exceptional communication and written skills, as well as a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish to assist a diverse customer base
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Assist customers with questions regarding their insurance coverage
- Analyze customer needs and help find resolution to their concerns
- Assist customers with making premium payments, and handle all monetary transactions (cash, check, credit/debit card) properly and securely
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently

- If you do not have a license in Property and Casualty Insurance, must be willing to attend classes and take tests to obtain license.

Experience:
- Proven experience in customer service
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Ability to analyze information and solve problems effectively and efficiently
- License in Property and Casualty insurance preferred
