Community Alternatives, Inc is looking for motivated staff to implement strength based, client focused behavioral health services and positively impact the lives of our clients.
The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) provides 1-1 behavioral interventions with children in the home, school or community settings and works directly with the client and guardian. Job Functions:
- implement treatment plan and interventions
- promote developmentally appropriate behaviors
- maintain client caseload and utilization of hours
- utilize ABA interventions
- transfer skill to family/school/etc
- engage in supervision and training
- complete clinical documentation
- utilize crisis plans
- electronic paperwork submission
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma - or -Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Services, or related field
- Official transcripts and degree
- Current clearances: FBI Criminal Background, Child Abuse History, Criminal History Record
- Updated TB test
- Updated physical
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
