**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work with individuals, particularly children, with developmental disabilities to implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on observable behaviors.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals

- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

- Collect and record data on observable behaviors

- Assist in the modification of individualized treatment plans

- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in treatment goals

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

**Qualifications:**

- Ability to work effectively with children and their families

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Compassion
