The Franklin is looking for a part time bartender to join our team. We are a fast paced, casual fine – dining restaurant in downtown Portsmouth. The Franklin has been crafting a steadily changing, progressive menu using local sustainable ingredients from across the seacoast. We highlight oysters, small plates and more!

2 Nights/week to start with frequent opportunity to pick up additional shifts. We are looking for those who are interested in a year round position as we do not hire seasonal staff members.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years serving or bartending in a casual fine-dining atmosphere but willing to train with minimal experience
- Basic wine & liquor knowledge preferred
- Timeliness
- Communication skills & team player attitude
- Speed and efficiency in multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
- Passion for providing guests with excellent service
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism under pressure
- Previous experience working in a pooling environment a plus
