Position: Bartender
Job Description:
- Greet and welcome each guest with enthusiasm, using positive language and body language
- Ensure guests feel valued and appreciated throughout their visit
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive atmosphere and efficient service
- Keep all areas clean and stocked to company standards
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following recipes
- Enter drink orders into the computer promptly and handle payments
- Clean and sanitize glassware
- Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and follow responsible serving practices
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide prompt service
- Learn guests' preferences and engage with them to enhance their experience

Requirements:
- 1+ years of restaurant experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and 8-hour shifts
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
- Stamina to be on feet for extended periods
- Alcohol Server Certification
